One thing I've learned over the past few years (but still learning) is spending time with those who give you joy...
It's about who you spend time with ❤️ and how you spend it.
Everyone... everyone... deserves happiness, kindness, love and mutual respect...
25 years ago I spent a week in the UK with my sister, one of my fondest life memories... we took the first pic together... in that moment we had been in absolute stitches trying to get me up there.... 🤣🤣
25 years on, loads of tough times, hard lessons and brokeness in between... but the gratitude for what life has since brought into my life... reconnections I thought were lost, fun, I didn't think was possible, a small biz to build a life on 🤞... and to have my two beautiful girls whom I'm so proud of and blessed to call mine helped recreate new, amazing life long memories... (including the post box saga 😅)
Having spent 25 years dreaming of travelling again..... albeit the month went sooooo fast but forever grateful for the opportunity to share my girls, with my parents and extended UK and Italian family will stick with us forever.... 🥰 once in a lifetime opportunity, these days, I try to seize every chance at a new journey, experience, chance to learn and grow... so "Thank you" universe!!!
Drowning out past hurts, reframing and refocusing on such a bright future ahead for us all... 🙏❤️
Lots of laughs, games, sarcasm, experiences .... memories... 😜🎉
Now back in Oz and refocusing on what's ahead...
With our little small biz still ticking along... 15 months in... I'm back on board, think the jetlag has settled... 🤷♀️😳
