Fresh in: Coolamon Labneh 🧄🌿

Thick, velvety and made just up the road in the Riverina by Coolamon Cheese Co. This award-winning labneh is strained pasteurised cow’s milk yogurt, kept in a garlic and chimichurri oil that’s full of flavour.

It took out Gold at the Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Show, and one taste will tell you why.

How we’re eating it:
🧀 On a share board with cured meats, olives and fresh bread
🍳 Spread on sourdough toast with a poached or fried egg
🍗 As a marinade for chicken or lamb (or swapped in for cultured yogurt in your cooking)

Three ingredients. No dressing, no seasoning, no fuss. 🍤🥑🥭

Prawns, avocado and mango have been our Christmas Day entree for as long as I can remember, and honestly they don’t need anything else. Sweet, creamy, fresh, and it looks like summer on a plate.

Last week we celebrated our first week in our new Wagga space with a little twist. Next door at Riverina Seafood Market, we grabbed some beautiful oysters and finished them with a dash of The Big Boys Sauce Co Mild Hot Sauce. Absolute winner. 🦪
