After a few weeks of teaching placement, we said goodbye to Eddy today. Every morning, like clockwork, Eddy came by for his lunch (a carrot, mandarin, apple, and the occasional orange) and a chat.

Eddy supported numerous local businesses while he was in town - “share the wealth” he said.

Wherever he goes, the next generation will be in good hands. Best of luck Eddy 👋

Positions available for:
🍎 Casual Retail Sales Assistant
🐠 Casual Delicatessen Sales Assistant

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Display a high level of customer service with greeting customers and helping them find what they need.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Maintain clean, organised shelves and product displays.
- Rotation and restock of produce, perishables and long-life goods.
- Maintain high standard of quality control.
- Picking and packing of customer orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of workspace and display areas.
- Provide product knowledge to customers.
- Daily set-up and pack down.

Delicatessen duties will also include:
- Food preparation for our cafe (baking, salads, wraps, juice/smoothies, etc).
- Making and serving hot and cold drinks.
- Preparation and serving of hot and cold food.

Successful applicants will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Reliability
- Ability to maintain a fast and efficient work pace.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 15kg.

Training will be provided. Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred and will be prioritised for these positions.

💵 Pay Rate: Per industry award.
⏰ Hours: Part-time, requiring availability for shifts between 7am - 6:30pm and Saturdays.
