One question we are always asked is about breakfast options, and honestly, as a mum, mornings are often the busiest part of our day, getting kids ready for school, after-school activities, and packing lunches, and that is before you even fit into the picture. You don't want to overthink it, you just need things that work.â
â
On the surface, one option will look more appealing to your kids, but when you line the ingredients up side by side, they start to tell a very different story.â
â
One side is built with a long list of fillers and unnecessary ingredients to keep things tasting consistent, and very few, if any, nutritious ingredients. In many cases, these foods are then fortified with added vitamins and minerals because processing removes much of what was originally there.â
â
The other side leans into wholefoods with ingredients you can actually recognise and understand without needing to look them up.â
â
And that is really what we are all about, knowing there are always better-for-you swaps out there when you want them, and making it easier to choose them when you do!â
