🥩 FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF WANTED

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Front of House team member to join our team

We are looking someone that has
* Excellent customer service skills
* Be punctual, reliable and well-presented
* Have a positive attitude and good work ethic
* Be willing to learn and take direction
* Be able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
* Work well as part of a team
* Able to work unsupervised
* Have good hygiene and presentation standards
* available to work at least one day of the weekend

Experience is an advantage, but not essential — training will be provided.

A Food Supervisor Certificate is an advantage.

If you've got a smoker, this is one you've got to try! Give your beef ribs a good coating of your favourite rub, then get them into the smoker at around 120°C and let time do the work. Smoke them low and slow until they're beautifully tender and the internal temperature is around 95°C.

Let them rest before slicing, then get stuck in! 🤤🔥

Good beef + smoke + patience. That's about all you need.
