Hi wonderful Augusta community,
Christmas is just around the corner, and our orders close in about 3 weeks on Dec 15th.
We've already placed our orders for turkey and ham with our suppliers so get in soon to secure your Christmas goodies, especially whole turkeys and rolled turkey breast roasts, which we suggest you order before December even rolls around (get it, rolls?😀)
As always we encourage you to order anything you need: eggs, kebabs, bacon, bulk sausages etc not just Christmas products, as this helps us keep the cabinet full and everyone (including walk-ins) fed and happy.
Our 1/2 Hams are about 5-6kg, full hams are 10-12kg, and our mini smoked boneless royal hams are generally just under a kg and can sit in the palm of your hand.
Pork loin rolls with crackle are divine, and can be cut to any size you like.
Stuffings this year for pork and turkey rolls are Sage and Onion, or Apricot and Macadamia.
We've got 25 orders in so far, so expecting about 175 more based on last year.
