Fillets of Albacore tuna: whole cuts of fish, carefully selected and processed in small batches, not industrial mass production.

Each fillet preserves the natural structure of the muscle fibres, showcasing the true integrity of the fish.

Caught in the Cantabrian Sea using traditional pole-and-line fishing, and processed fresh to maintain quality at every step.

Preserved in extra virgin olive oil, the result is a tuna that’s:
– naturally delicate
– soft in texture
– lean and clean on the palate

You can see it at first glance:
whole fillets, not crumbs.
