Huge thank you as always to the legends at Procut Meats Meats for putting together another absolute ripper of a tray 🙌🏼❤️

The crumb steak pile had to go sky high this week because honestly, if we stack it any lower it’s gone before lunch.

Alongside that we’ve got Lamb, Mint, Rosemary and Feta burgers in the cabinet, Wagyu and Smokey Beef burgers ready to go for Friday night, and Jumbucks for the kids.

Beef and pork mince with veggies and cheese wrapped in pastry. They disappear fast, just a heads up.

🚨 Realistic Dinners 🚨

It’s not always fancy but it’s fast and nutritious in the Procut household and we want to share that with you!

A classic go too that the whole family loves.

Thai Beef Salad 🥩 🥗

Ingredients
* Grilled steak of choice from of course!
* Vermicelli noodles
* Lettuce
* Cucumber
* Carrot
* Cherry tomatoes
* Red onion
* Coriander & Mint
* Crispy Schallots

Dressing
* Soy Sauce
* Lime Juice
* Fish sauce
* Chilli & spring onion

Method
1. Grill steak to your liking and rest before slicing.
2. Cook vermicelli noodles and rinse cold.
3. Toss salad ingredients together.
4. Top with beef, crispy shallots, and dressing.

Fresh • Light • Full of flavour and high on rotation for us even in the cooler weather 🔥
