My idea of weekend fun is 10ltr of ragu bolognese!..satisfying to see these hitting the freezer though...grass fed beef, fr pork, mutti tomatoes, onion, garlic, 1kg grated portabello mushrooms and carrots, fresh Italian garden herbs and season...and let it cook slow, and leave overnight/freeze..serves 2 with pasta..

Salmon Nicoise, tweaked the classic slightly with asparagus (not green beans) and salmon (not tuna) but it's a yummy combo, soft boiled egg, cos lettuce, steamed potato, kalamata olives & red onion with a garlic/lemon/olive oil/mustard dressing..

Gotta love Pork Belly (free range) tasty little crunchy flavour bombs, just with simple steamed veg and gravy...😋
