Peach fillo crinkle pie..This is the most moreish thing ive ever made (and eaten). Layers of melted butter, filo pastry, thin sliced peaches and creamy succulent custard...All baked til crispy and then drizzled with honey and cream 😍 Absolutely succulent!

(last picture is not mine. its from the recipe...I put about half that amount of peaches in)

Although I'm technically on maternity leave, I booked this rustic style wedding cake over a year ago, well before Teddy was even in existence! With the help of the husband & my mother in law juggling the baby this week, I managed to bake, ice, deliver and decorate with flowers (in the semi dark as the power went out when i got there!):) The wedding very nearly didn't happen because of the powerout that day, so Im so very glad it was still able to go ahead ♡

This is red velvet mud, with vanilla swiss buttercream..With a touch of white chocolate ganache for a little stability against the humidity. 9 inch bottom tier, 4 inches tall & 6 inch top, 4 inches tall. :)

Just a friendly reminder, my books are now closed. I'm almost fit to burst! I have no idea how long I'll hang up my whisk for but I'll absolutely let people know when I've figured out how to bake with a baby 😅🤷‍♀️🤰🏽

In good news this week, Aussie Hay Runners have been able to access the region and run trucks up and down the M1 from Denman to the Taree area, loaded with donated fodder.

Caramel mud, with caramel sauce in the layers, vanilla smbc, gold dusted caramilk pieces on the top & a caramel drip. 💛 7 inch cake, 4 layers.
