It’s October, so it’s only right to drop a Pumpkin Spice Bowl Recipe 🎃👇🏽

Ingredients: (makes 2 servings)
• 1/3 cup pumpkin purée
• 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
• 2 small eggs
• 1/2 cup Cinnamon Churro protein pancake mix
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pumpkin spice + cinnamon + pinch of salt
• 1/3 cup almond milk
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients (except toppings) until smooth.
2. Divide into 2 greased oven-safe bowls.
3. Top with seeds + chocolate chips.
4. Bake 180°C (350°F) (for 18–20 min) or microwave 2–3 min.
5. Enjoy warm! 💛
