Nothing could be better than Oreo Cookie Bars, right?
How about...No Bake Oreo Cookie Bars?
Follow the fast and easy recipe for no fuss, no worries and no leftovers!


Ingredients
• 36 Oreo cookies
• 100g unsalted butter, melted
• 250g cream cheese, softened
• 300ml thickened cream
• ½ cup icing sugar
• Extra Oreos for topping
Method
1. Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs.
2. Mix with melted butter and press into a lined 20cm square tin.
3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
4. Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
5. Whip cream separately until stiff peaks form.
6. Fold cream into cream cheese mixture.
7. Roughly chop remaining 12 Oreos and fold through.
8. Spread over the base and chill for at least 4 hours.
9. Decorate with extra crushed Oreos before slicing.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Squeaky Gate extra virgin olive oil
- 100 grams of black and green pitted/sliced olives
- 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
- Chilli flakes (to your taste)
- ¼ tbsp dried oregano
- 500grams pasta (spaghetti)
- Zest of 1 lemon
Method
1. Boil water with plenty of salt, and add pasta once boiling
2. Heat olive oil in pan, add sliced garlic and fry
3. Add chilli flakes to taste
4. Add lemon zest and ¼ tbsp dried oregano, cook until fragrant
5. Add pasta cooked al dente
6. Add 1 tbsp of pasta water and cook 2 mins, add more pasta water if necessary
7. Add olives and mix through
8. Top with fresh parsley and an extra drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
