Yesterday we had the opportunity to host a tasteful presentation of croatian oysters and mussels by (Oyster22), supported by Šibenik-Knin County.
Oyster22 is one of the few European farms located at the entrance to national parks, between Kornati and Krka. Its pristine, highly saline, naturally circulating waters provide ideal conditions for growing European flat oysters and Mediterranean mussels. Operating under a sustainable aquaculture model, the farm continuously monitors sea quality in cooperation with Croatian and European experts.
Viennese guests were impressed, praising the oysters’ “pure essence of the sea,” mineral character, and long, salty finish.
