✨The opening evening of the exhibition “Film0264, …” by Clemens Beat Rott was truly beautiful and inspiring. We served Shanlingxi Golden Oolong and Baked D**g Ding Oolong from Taiwan, shared wonderful conversations, and enjoyed both the teas and the artworks together. It was a joy to experience such a special evening in such lovely company. Thank you to everyone who joined us!🍵❤️

The works of Clemens Beat Rott will remain on view in our tea house until 27 June.🤩

Our Team 🍵
Behind every tea we serve, there is a story – and people with genuine passion.

✨ Corina – born in Taiwan and at home in Vienna for over 30 years. With a refined sense for quality and aesthetics, she fulfilled a long-held dream by opening our tea house.
🍃 Samira – a communication science student in Vienna. She appreciates the depth and elegance of Japanese teas such as Kabusecha and Gyokuro, as well as the floral notes of Alishan Oolong from Taiwan.
🍂 Caio – from São Paulo, with an academic background in Comparative Literature. His selection reflects character and refinement: Dianhong, Long Jing, and D**g Ding Oolong.
🌱 Louis – studies Japanese Studies in Vienna and especially appreciates Japanese Sencha as well as Taiwanese Honey Dew Red tea.
🌸 Leonie – has been part of our team since 2022. She studies sociology and has a particular fondness for Japanese Kukicha, Taiwanese Pi Lo Chun, and the complex nuances of D**g Ding Oolong.

Visit us and experience special tea moments. 💛

Impressions from last Saturday’s event, “An Evening Between Vienna and Tokyo”:
Rena () shared a beautiful series of photographs capturing the atmosphere of a traditional tea shop in Tokyo, accompanied by her vivid and personal reflections. Through her lens and storytelling, participants were able to experience a glimpse of Japanese tea culture.
Corina () curated and prepared four premium Japanese teas: organic Sencha Midori (88th night harvest), organic Kabusecha, Benifuuki No.1, and organic Gyokuro. Each tea offered a distinct profile, inviting participants to explore a range of flavors and aromas.
Inspired by Rena’s interview with the elderly tea shop owner in Tokyo, participants were then guided to create their own unique green tea blends using the four teas we tasted. This hands-on experience encouraged creativity and a deeper connection to the teas we tasted.
We’re now looking forward to hearing from participants—how they brew their custom blends at home, and how their creations evolve in taste and character.
Thank you to Rena () and all the participants for this beautiful and inspiring evening 💚🍵
Your presence, creativity, and shared moments made “An Evening Between Vienna & Tokyo” truly special. We’re so grateful to have experienced this journey together ✨

Blooming from Desolation
We are very pleased to present the Taiwanese artist I-Han Su in our tea house. Her works depict poetic “inner landscapes” — quiet scenes in shades of blue and violet that speak of the search for meaning in an uncertain world.
White bird-like signs — derived from the Chinese character “人” (human) — float through her paintings and symbolize us as seekers in the vast space of life.
An exhibition about stillness, solitude, and inner landscapes.
