We had the pleasure of hosting Charlotte Petit-Jean, a renowned French Master Cheesemaker, for an unforgettable showcase of craftsmanship and flavor.

Guests were immersed in the world of artisanal cheesemaking as Charlotte shared her deep knowledge of the different types of cheeses, from soft and creamy to aged and robust.

Throughout the event, attendees experienced guided tastings that highlighted how aging methods influence texture, how milk origins shape flavor, and how pairing the right accompaniments can elevate the entire sensory experience.
