✨ Quick Sweet Potato Hash:
• Dice 1 large sweet potato into small cubes
• Toss with 1 tsp olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper
• Air fry or roast at 200°C for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy
• Top with a fried or poached egg, a generous scoop of Best of Latin Guacamole and microgreens
