• Well-groomed and professionally presented
• Confident and assertive without aggression
• Calm under pressure
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable checking bookings and managing entry

Responsibilities:
• Control guest access
• Manage the flow at the entrance
• Uphold the standard and tone of the space
• Work closely with management during service
