What's in a day of teaching the youth to farm. Its sharing your passion. And getting them excited. So so proud of groutville high. They having a market day selling produce. Grown by students. All funds go back into seeds and seedlings.
What we need here is a good rain water harvesting system. We have lots of water from rainfall just some piping and Jojo tanks.
If you have one lying around. Or know of someone able to donate to this project we would be most grateful.

Once again we have been busy. Planting harvesting and enjoying the changes. Our avos have been so creamy and buttery.
Days spent meeting at department of agriculture to see how we can do more school gardens (no budgets).
Embracing life.

We loving the cooler weather. Morning are fresh. It's so much easier to work in gardens. We have had some busy days. And also got in some rest. We have lots of pak chouy coming and available.
Also we had freshly dug potatoes
We have dry beans available as well. We will have at market.
Tell us what veg you looking for. We out and about Wednesday for new seeds so we can source.
