All our products are vacuum-sealed or prepacked at the supplier’s depot (we do not handle any meat if not prepacked or sealed). ORDERING, PAYMENT & DELIVERY TIME POLICY
Please note that we aim to provide orders at the earliest available time for delivery. Orders placed timeously (before 13h00) will be available for delivery the next day. Otherwise, a maximum of two working days should be allowed. Orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on a Monday. Should the delivery date fall on a public holiday, the delivery will be for the following work day. PAYMENT SECURES ORDER. Send through your order and proof of payment (POP) to 0790 872 962. Order will only be processed once POP had been received. Delivery in Grassy Park will be free of charge for orders exceeding R200. RETURNS POLICY
If you're unhappy with the quality of your meat, you can return it to us. Generally, a customer can return meat if it is unsatisfactory, spoiled, off, or stale. AMD Meat Products will issue a credit or exchange it. Refunds will be finalised within 7 business days. RETURNED GOODS MUST BE: IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING; AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION.
