💙 Please help support the Parker family. 💙

One week ago, their daughter Charlie (“Boots the Brave”) was involved in a serious accident and is currently receiving care at DeVos. She suffered a traumatic injury that has required extensive medical care.

Charlie has undergone her main surgery this week and is now continuing recovery under excellent medical care as doctors closely monitor her over the coming days.

This has been an incredibly difficult and unexpected season for the Parker family, and we would love to come together as a community to support them.

💙 This weekend, 50% of all proceeds from the Ruts-n-Roots Farmstand will be donated directly to the Parker family.

Stop by, grab some goodies, and help us love on this amazing family during a difficult time.

The newest members of the farm arrived today! 🐷

We picked up a group of feeder pigs and they’re settling in nicely. Over the next several months they’ll be enjoying plenty of feed, fresh water, and room to grow here at Ruts-n-Roots Farm.

It’s always exciting to add new animals to the homestead, and these little guys have an important job ahead of them. With a little time and a lot of feed, they’re going to make some mighty fine bacon later this year! 🥓

With Fridays rainy weather we are keeping the doors shut, but open for business. Feel free to stop by and open them up, but please close them up when you leave. 💙

We’ll be open this weekend Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM until dusk!

We will have the farmstand stocked with plenty of homemade goodies and handcrafted products, including:

What an amazing grand opening weekend at the Ruts-n-Roots Farmstand 🌱🐓🍪

We just wanted to say thank you to everyone who stopped by, supported us, shared our posts, made purchases, and helped make our opening weekend such a success. Seeing people come out to support our little family farm means more than we can put into words.

From fresh eggs and homemade cookies to candles, soap, and all the other goodies we’re excited to keep growing and bringing more to the stand throughout the season.

We’d also love to hear from you! If there’s something special you’d like to see at the farmstand, a product request, or ideas for things we should offer, please drop them in the comments or send us a message. We’re always open to trying new things and making the stand even better for our community.
