Our Alpine-style cheeses are gentle giants. Hailing from the Alps (or following the style from that region), these large wheels are known for being firm, smooth, and distinctly nutty (and for melting into oozy goodness with a little heat).

You can taste the care that goes into Stichelton. This incredible English blue was created in 2006 by Neal’s Yard Dairy and cheesemaker Joe Schnieder to harken back to Stilton’s delicious history—when it was handcrafted from raw milk.
