Ok so here goes ;
This is the first time I’ve offered a free from Friday and I have no idea if it will be a success or not , but I’ve baked loads ….and if no one comes it’s fine, as I’ll be eating it all lol 🤣
Everything has been baked today so is fresh, and is labelled with prices and list of ingredients - where I have used GF biscuits, GF crisps, GF flour, GF rice puffs etc I haven’t listed every single ingredient on the labels as I just don’t have room on the stickers but I do have a full list of ingredients should anyone wish to see them ! Everything is gluten and wheat free and I’m just hoping people like having the opportunity to have some home baking for once …. I know since being gluten free I’m already sick of shop bought dry cakes !
If you like what you buy please tell your friends, I have worked on word of mouth for fifteen years now and call me old fashioned, but I much prefer it to social media reviews ( at least when someone tells you in person you know it’s true and they haven’t been given free stuff just to say nice things 🤪) and if you don’t like anything please tell me ….. I am trying my best to come up with new ideas to keep the business afloat, so Id much rather get the opportunity to put things right than wake up to a witch hunt on FB 🥲 ( can you tell how nervous I am with this GF lark lol )
So tomorrow the cake cupboard is open 8-8 ( or until sell out if lots of people come )
I’ve tried my best to keep my prices as low as possible, but oh my days the cost of GF ingredients is ridiculous ….. but tomorrow everything in the cupboard is £3 or under !!!
I just want to test the waters to see if this is a viable option for the business moving forward !
There is a black box on the wall, lift the lid and you will see a money slot for cash ( sorry it’s locked so theres no way to get change )
