How to Superkick like a WWE wrestler
The Superkick is a fast, high-impact superkicking side kick delivered to an opponent’s head or upper chest. It is designed to look explosive while remaining safe when executed correctly. The move relies on timing, distance control, and opponent cooperation, making it a staple in modern professional wrestling for both finishes and dramatic momentum shifts.
Step-by-Step Instructions to Execute a Superkick (Training-Oriented)
Famous wrestlers who used Superkick : Shawn Michaels, Dolph Ziggler, Young Bucks, Lance Strom, Adam Cole , Chris adams

Important: Practice only under professional supervision in a ring environment.

1. Positioning
Stand square in front of your opponent, about one arm’s length away.
Maintain a stable base with knees slightly bent.

2. Visual Cue & Timing
Establish eye contact or a pre-agreed cue.
The opponent subtly leans or steps into range to help sell impact.

3. The Kick Motion
Lift your kicking leg smoothly, turning the hip outward.
Extend the leg past the opponent’s face—not into it.
Aim for near-contact at the jawline or upper chest line.

4. Safety Mechanics
Pull the kick short at the last moment.
Your opponent snaps their head back and jumps to create the illusion of impact.
Never make direct forceful contact with the face.

5. Follow-Through & Sell
Retract the leg quickly and regain balance.
The opponent bumps flat on their back or staggers dramatically, depending on the match structure.
