This is Part Five of Seconds, Please Recipes! Recipes so good you can't help but go back for more!

Where I am slightly getting out of my comfort zone and sharing some of my simple recipes. 😊

It's been a little bit, we've been crazy busy between getting everything for the garden ready. Having too many chicks to count and endless brooder cleanings. But I was able to make a nice meal again 😁 I needed my relaxing time in the kitchen!

We have been soo busy and having been posting much. So here is a little update...! 😊

6 of our Celadon Coturnix Quail went to their forever home today! 🥚💙

We still have 12 (1 month olds) &
18 (2 week olds) available, as well have hatching eggs! 😁

Between all the garden space we have about 900 sq ft. So far we have ..
Green Beans 🫛 (tender green, royal burgundy, wax)
Squash (zucchini, yellow squash, acorn, butternut, yellow zucchini, spaghetti, scalloped)
Corn 🌽(peaches & cream, double sweet)
Peppers 🫑(Bell, Banana, Jalapeno, lunchbox orange, lunchbox red, purple bell)
15 different Tomato 🍅 varieties
Honey Dew, yellow petite watermelon
Cowpeas, Okra, Cucumber, strawberries, basil, oregano, chives, lavender, 3 different lettuces, 10+ different sunflower varieties and wildflowers 🌻

Our farmstand is doing great! We are currently putting out about 6 doz daily. And we still have some of our self harvested Sunflowers 🌻😁

And hopefully soon-ish we'll have some fresh produce to start adding to the stand

We got our flower beds all pretty-fied (I'll have to take pictures later)
