There was a moment today where I simply listened… and what I heard changed something in me. Different religions...different names, but the same reverence beneath it all.

Maybe the sacred was never meant to be divided.

Raised among many beliefs, I’ve come to see something quiet but undeniable…beneath every religion is a shared reverence, a reaching toward something sacred. What if none of them are wrong?

The trees are releasing gold right now
Not everything that looks like a mess… is one.

Pine pollen season is loud, abundant, and ancient...and there’s more medicine in it than most people realize.

New blog: Pine, Pollen, and the Breath of the Forest

The world is turning yellow again. Pine pollen drifts through the air like dusted sunlight—seen by many as a nuisance, but in older traditions, recognized as an offering. This is the season where t…

The forest doesn’t just feed us in obvious ways
Sometimes it gives quietly through transformation.

This natural pine soda is a living drink. Lightly fermented and gently effervescent.

A naturally fermented pine soda made from forest-gathered needles, time, and quiet transformation. This small-batch herbal drink brings together wild fermentation and seasonal living in a way that …

Some places don’t end when their doors close...they live on in the people, and the memories they held.

Yesterday was the last day at Forever And A Day. This is what it meant to me.

It wasn’t just a last day…it was the final breath of a place that once felt endless, and the beginning of carrying it with us.

Chamomile was the first herb I truly took the time to understand, and when to use it.

I wrote this as a starting place for anyone wanting to learn herbalism in a grounded, practical way.

Learn how to work with chamomile as a foundational herb in herbalism. This guide covers its benefits, safe use, and simple recipes for sleep, digestion, and skin support.

Hi, everyone ~

It’s time for me to move into the next chapter of my life! I’m sad to close Forever And A Day…it’s been MY LIFE for the last 16 years, but it’s time for me to move back to my hometown to be near my Mom after I retire.

I want to give a special thanks to my wonderful employees…Tara, Tonia, Rachel and JJ. They have truly been my rock through this transition, and they will never know how much I appreciate them! Their loyalty, devotion, and dedication to their jobs and to this community, has been amazing. Ladies, I love you so much.

To the Forever And A Day practitioners…you are undoubtedly THE BEST in the industry, and I am very proud to say that you chose Forever And A Day to be your home base. Thank you so much for all the care, love and direction you have given to my customers. I know you have changed many lives with your words!

To my loyal customers…I will miss you and think of the good times and wonderful friends OFTEN! Our customers are a large part of what made Forever And A Day what it is!

I have always believed it’s so important, in this day and age of online shopping, that we support LOCAL stores and LOCAL vendors. I’m sure there are stores nearby that you’ve never heard of, so I am giving you a partial list of those shops that I know about. I hope you will give them your loyal patronage like you have given it to me.

Our last day of business will be Sunday, March 22nd. We hope you will take advantage of our fabulous sale prices this coming week.

Many blessings of MUCH love and gratitude to you all,

Sherry and the Team…Tonia, Tara, Rachel, JJ, Boo, Rhonda, Gale, Amy, Karen, Kaila, Samantha, Holly, Chris and vendors Jennifer, Bonnie, Andy, Sven, Ahmed and Margo, and Margaret

Last night the storm rolled through Georgia with thunder, lightning, and wind strong enough to wake the whole house.

Instead of hiding from it, I stepped outside and welcomed it, before it even came, standing in the dark with a seed rattle I had gotten from my friend Holly Levine of Sublime Holistic Wellness.
This morning the storm left damage across parts of our community, but it also left me reflecting on the spiritual meaning storms can carry.

I wrote a quiet reflection about it this morning on Wildheart Press.

Read here:

A quiet moment with a seed rattle, the coming of a storm, and a reminder that nature’s wildness can be both teacher and healer.
