We’re looking for 1-2 permanent food trucks to partner with us for our upcoming markets!

As of July 2026, food trucks are now licensed through the State of Texas rather than needing a separate mobile food vendor license through the county. 🎉

We’re looking for trucks that:
- Are properly permitted through the state
- Are reliable and able to commit to most or all of our markets
- Can provide a consistent hot food option for our shoppers and vendors
- Are interested in building a long term relationship with the market

Our market dates are the 3rd Saturday 9AM-1PM of each of the following months:

🌷 Spring: March, April & May
🍂 Fall: September, October & November

Reliability is especially important to us. When we advertise a food truck will be at the market, our shoppers plan around it, and we want to make sure we can confidently promote our food vendors ahead of time. We’re looking for someone we can count on throughout the season. 💗

And while we’re here… what kind of hot food would YOU like to see at the market? 👀

Drop your ideas below! 🌮🍔🍕🥪🍗🍳

We’d love to hear what our shoppers would actually want to grab for breakfast or lunch on our special Saturday’s! 🫶🏻🥰

If you operate a food truck and think you’d be a good fit, send us a message with your menu, truck name, and availability for our market dates.
