Summer is here and I’ve been spending more time with my kids and less time online. We’ve been canning, jamming, baking, cooking, swimming, visiting family, and laughing.

Do our days look different right now? Yes.

Is that ok? Absolutely.

I’ve been more intentional with saying YES to my children when they want to help and inviting them to join me in the garden, in the kitchen, or even to help fold the laundry, and their little hearts just light up as they learn new things.

If they ask to help, let them. Otherwise, a day will come when they no longer ask.

Unplugging for a while and cherishing this time with my little ones. I hope you can, too! 💐❤️
