SunFire Farm SunFire Farm, LLC. Is a small working Nubian goat & AG farm in Westfield, NC. SunFire Farm is located in Westfield, NC. We are in the very beginning stages.

But, we thought folks like us, might want to watch it come to life from the ground up. We will have items such as; lavender and herbs, berries, other fresh produce, fresh eggs, goats milk, cut flowers, handmade goods such as farm decor, soaps and candles. We will offer tours and hands on experiences. We hope you will follow our progress!! Thank you for your support!

Alpha Gal Friendly Turkey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

▪️ 2 - pounds of ground turkey 85/15.
▪️ 2 – eggs
▪️ 1.5 cups 4C Brand plain panko breadcrumbs
▪️ 2/3 cup grated or finely chopped onion
▪️ 2 rounded tablespoons of Italian Seasoning
▪️ 2 TSP garlic powder
▪️ 1 TSP salt
▪️ ½ TSP black pepper
▪️ ½ TSP crushed red pepper (optional)
▪️ 2 TBSP nutritional yeast (optional – adds a savory cheese like flavor)
▪️ 2 TBSP olive oil


1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2) Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. (I use my gloved hands)

3) Line a large pan with parchment.

4) Using a ¼ cup measuring cup to measure mixture, make uniform balls and place onto parchment paper. (I get 20 (1.5 inch) meatballs from this recipe.)

5) Place meatballs onto parchment lined pan.

6) Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

7) Flip meatballs over, for even cooking.

8) Bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Serving Suggestion –

We place the meatballs into a crock-pot with 3 cans of HUNTS BRAND Traditional pasta sauce and let cook for about 4 hours. We then serve over pasta. DELICIOUS!

Need something for dinner tonight?

Chorizo Chicken

(To make this recipe Alpha Gal Friendly, omit the chorizo and the cheese dip.)

3 pounds chicken breast
9 oz package of beef chorizo
2 - 3 bell peppers
1 large jalapeno pepper
1 medium onion
Badia fajita seasoning
Refried black beans
Yellow rice
White cheese dip
Flour tortillas
(The LaBanderita flower tortillas in the video are Alpha Gal Friendly)

To make the main course portion of this recipe, follow the video directions. Make your beans and rice according to your package specifications.

Yesterday was trough cleaning day! This one takes the longest 9f them all. And it was hot and humid already at 730 yesterday morning. 🥵 It's the most hated trough to clean.
