We never use pre-chopped veggies, all veggies are fresh & chopped by hand. Spring rolls come frozen & un-cooked. Best method of cooking is deep frying them in vegetable oil at slightly higher than medium heat(350 degrees)DO NOT THAW BEFORE COOK
