Fortunately/unfortunately we are already sold out for the year! 60+ chickens went within two days!

Chicken will be available again in the spring and we plan to double our production! Stay tuned if you are interested in pasture raised chicken this spring!

30+ lbs of ground deer processed and ready for the freezer and we are only 6 days into the season. 15+ meals for our family, not including the roasts, tenderloins, backstrap and heart we are eating fresh this week!

We love the opportunity to fill our freezer this time of year, to deepen our relationship with nature, and to continue preserving the skill of self sufficiency.

Our first lesson in life is to learn to process your own deer. Not only will it evolve your appreciation for the animal that feeds you, but processing your own animal in your own home will ensure that you know exactly what you are eating, what is in it and where it came from.
