Pomegranate & Blueberry Smoothie Bowl 🥣
🫐 INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
3-4 tablespoons of preferred milk
2 tablespoons sea moss gel
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/2 cup spinach (optional)
1/2 cup rolled oats (optional)
TOP WITH… pomegranate seeds, cranberries, blackberries, dried blueberries — whatever you’d like!
💜 DIRECTIONS
Add the smoothie ingredients for the smoothie to a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a bowl, add your toppings of choice and enjoy!

Sweet potato waffles! Serve for breakfast or along with some fried chicken at this weekend’s brunch!
🧇 INGREDIENTS
1 large sweet potato, cooked (about 1 1/2 cups)
3/4 cups steel-cut oats
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk of your choice
6 tbsp sea moss gel
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
Cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking

🍠 DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat your waffle iron.
2. Combine cooked sweet potato and oats in a large bowl and mix until just combined.
3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until fully combined.
4. When your waffle iron is hot, spray with the oil or brush with butter and pour batter in. Don’t pour too much batter or it will overflow as it cooks.
5. Cook time will vary slightly depending on your waffle iron. They are done when they are crispy on the outside.
6. Remove and enjoy!
7. If meal prepping, wait until waffles are fully cooled before refrigerating or freezing.

Chicken Noodle Soup to help with seasonal colds and allergies! 🤧

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 large carrots, sliced
4 celery stalks, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
8 oz egg noodles
8 cups chicken broth (low sodium is fine)
4 cups shredded chicken breast
black pepper and salt, to taste
8 tablespoons sea moss gel

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat olive oil in a large soup pot. Add onion, carrots, celery, and salt and pepper (to your preference). Cook until the vegetables are soft. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
2. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
3. Add the egg noodles and cook for about 5 minutes, then add the shredded chicken and sea moss gel and cook until noodles are fully done.
4. Season to your preference if necessary then add fresh parsley.
🤤 Serve and enjoy!
