New menu options, now located in Wagoner, new pricing, delivery options depending on location, and the same great flavorful fit meals we have all missed! Hello! Hello! I had to take a break for health reasons but I am sooo happy to be back and better than ever!

*March Special* “The Sampler” $55

1 Breakfast:
Sweet Potato Crusted Egg White Casserole w/ Turkey Sausage
1 snack:
Homemade hummus, GF pretzel sticks, black grapes, baby carrots, and Turkey pepperoni.
1 lunch:
Crustless Supreme Pizza Bowl (all the pizza fun without the guilt!)
1 snack: Peanut Butter Protein or Energy Balls
1 Dinner:
Spicy Egg Roll in a Bowl with Turkey Sausage and a spicy sauce on side I make from Greek yogurt.
Pick up will be in Wagoner on 3-12-23
