Hey friends! ❤️
With the holidays coming up, and so many families feeling the pinch right now, I’m putting together a little community project that’s close to my heart.
Over the next week we’ll be assembling Holiday Comfort Kits for our local food pantry in Victoria— homemade mixes that turn into warm, cozy meals with just a few basic ingredients. Every ingredient needed is provided for each kit, except for dairy, eggs, and oil. They’re simple, delicious, and a small way to spread some comfort this season.
We simply ask you to share this information with others — these kits are for anyone who needs them.
Let us take a few things off your plate so you and your family can focus your resources where they count.
Here’s what we’ll be putting together:

🌟 HOLIDAY COMFORT KIT MENU
1. Homemade Hot Cocoa Jars
Rich cocoa layered with powdered milk, mini chocolate chips, and marshmallows. Just add hot water or milk for instant happiness.
2. Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix (Ziploc Bag)
Everything needed for a fresh batch of warm cookies — families just add an egg, butter, and vanilla.
3. Pancake Breakfast Mix (Ziploc Bag)
A cozy breakfast that only needs milk, an egg, and a little oil. Perfect for holiday mornings.
4. Dump-and-Cook Hearty Vegetable Soup Mix (Ziploc Bag)
A filling, budget-friendly soup base that cooks with a single can of mixed vegetables. Just dump, simmer, and enjoy. Makes 4–6 real servings.
5. Sweet Holiday Corn Pudding Mix (Ziploc Bag)
A cozy, indulgent, sweet corn pudding made with Jiffy mix — the perfect holiday comfort dish. Families just add one can of creamed corn, one can of whole kernel corn (undrained), and a little oil before baking. Warm, golden, and kid-approved. (Personal fave, especially with picky kids, if I’m being honest!)

We’ll share photos along the way, and if anyone would like to donate jars, Ziploc bags, or ingredients, feel free to message us. Every little bit helps, and together we can spread a lot of warmth this season. 🧡
