10/19/26 Beautiful evening checking cattle!
Just a little update here. We do still have ground beef, roasts, cube steak, snack sticks, short ribs, and lots of beef fat available! We are not setting up at markets anymore this year so just let us know if you need anything and we’ll arrange pickup! Unfortunately we don’t have any more calves ready for processing anytime soon. So I guess we might have to take a break with the beef sales until we can get caught up a bit. I really hate to be out of beef for all my wonderful customers but it takes a lot of cash flow to keep this operation going. Best Wishes! Starlight Ranch LLC
