Thirty years ago, our founder's mother was diagnosed with celiac disease. There was almost no research, no awareness, and definitely no safe options at restaurants or grocery stores. That diagnosis changed everything for our family. It's the reason LiveGreensPDX exists. Right now, advocates are pushing for record federal support for celiac and food allergy research, and it's gaining real traction in the Senate. That matters. Not just politically, but practically. For the people who still get sick because a kitchen didn't take cross-contamination seriously. For the kids whose parents have to call ahead to every birthday party.
