Ginny's Original Pasta Sauce Erie's Favorite Pasta Sauce! In 2007, Virginia Smith daughter and 3rd generation Restaurateur along with her sister had to close the Erie landmark.

This page is for the Spaghetti sauce currently used by Ginny Smith originally used by her parents Chuck and Virginia Serafini Smith at their restaurant Chuck and Ginny's starting in 1961. In October of that year on what would have been her mother's 87th birthday, Virginia and her sons Chris Smith and John Hepinger started canning the famously sweet sauce at St. Andrew School-Kitchen and began sell

ing it exclusively at Frontier Pharmacy. The demand was incredible, 18 cases would sell out in a matter of minutes. Ginny’s sauce is currently available at both Erie Wegman’s stores, all local Giant Eagle’s, Gordon’s Butcher and Market, and Larry’s Central Market. There is nothing like Ginny's Sauce, and people have searched far and wide and can find no comparison!! They say "if you like Ginny's sauce, you LOVE Ginny's sauce!" GET SAUCED
