I just had to write in to say how much I love love this sauce. It is just spicy enough to make my nose run...which in my family, if your nose is not running from spice, its not a meal! The flavor is so delicious. I am so happy to have found your product at my local Metcalf's Sentry store in Wauwatosa, WI. And now that I have visited your website, I see there are many other flavors I need to [find] try! Wine and Vodka flavors??!! I'm so excited to hopeful find them at Metcalf's. And if not, I am going to request. Thank you!

I'm not a chef, but my family and friends think I am and your sauce is my "Go To Sauce"!!! I have always loved Italian food and taught myself how to cook Italian from scratch from a perfect blend of flower, eggs, Semolina and a little bit of water and olive oil of course! I actually went to Italy and helped harvest the olives and brought some bottles of oil back! Yes, it was super cool because they actually pay you for your work with olive oil, and an Awesome al dente pasta dinner with a couple of glasses of Brunello di Montalcino to boot!! Ah! That's Italian!!! But I digress... Having to get back to reality, I wanted to make a perfect Italian dinner from scratch so I grew Roma tomatoes, oregano, sage, rosemary and thyme with a pinch of salt. Trying to make sauce from boiling the tomatoes, getting rid of the skins and seeds, throwing in all the spices and simmering it down it took 6 hours! Yes it was fun and good, but not even close to your sauces! It blows me away how you can do what you do! I'm in Wisconsin and shop at Woodman's in Kenosha and Oak Creek, basically to find your products! Personally, I'd pay double the price. Thank you all for putting out amazing products!!!

Dear DiSalvo's, I emailed you previously, but just wanted to tell you that we just returned from visiting our 2 boys who live there. Upon our return home, we brought back as many jars of your Sicilian Eggplant Sauce as would FIT in our suitcases, within the weight limit the airline would allow !!!! It is THE BEST SAUCE EVER ! I'm Italian, and I must say, yours is EXCELLENT ! My husband, Russ, said we need a pipeline of your sauce, directly to our house !!! THANK YOU for SUCH a GREAT PRODUCT ! Sincerely, Gina

I have been buying your sauces at Woodmans in Waukesha, and just want you to know that I really enjoy it. I always read the ingredient list of everything I buy, and appreciate that you use all real food, and no corn sweetener, and such. I have started giving jars to friends, and relatives as gifts, and to also get them to know about a good, healthy, and great tasting product. My girlfriend wanted some spaghetti, with the Original Recipe, and I told her I was out of it, because I had given all that I had away. She told me she knew one jar went to my daughter, because she saw a photo of the jar on FaceBook, with the quote: "My Dad is right...best sauce in the world" My Italian friend, who is a good cook, and who used to own a pizza joint, is now another fan of your sauces, after I gave him a few jars. Last time at Woodmans, they were almost out of all varieties. I hope they are not discontinuing it. Please let me know what stores in the Waukesha County area handle your sauces, so I can have more than one supplier. I think I will stock-up. Thanks for making excellent sauce, with very high quality ingredients.
