Our honey is special because our bees are never fed sugar water or sugar patties. Instead, they rely on their own honey stores and the natural abundance of nectar and pollen available throughout the seasons.
We believe in allowing our bees to do what nature intended, producing honey from the flowers and plants they forage while keeping enough of their own hard earned honey to sustain the colony. This means we do not harvest honey every year. This is a special treat and you can taste the difference.
