Update on the Garlic . Since more time is going to be spent on the boat instead of the field the garlic for now is on the back burner. Will keep you updated when it will be available again.

The garlic is in the ground. Good timing with the cold weather and snow. Looking forward to next year.

Planting for next year will begin soon. If you have a favorite variety let us know so we have plenty for next year. In the meantime I will keep everyone updated throughout the winter and spring.

Today it is spring here in Idaho. Tomorrow it may snow. The garlic is coming up good. Looking forward to a great growing season and a wonderful crop.

With the extreme cold and snow so early, the garlic is extremely insulated with the straw.
