Introducing "Bright Autumn", our fall seasonal salad 🎉

With the first pop of cooler weather, everyone I know has reached for their hoodies, stocked up on squash, pumpkin and sweet potatoes, and pulled out recipe cards for their favorite soups. 🍲

So we created a salad to perfectly compliment your favorite 🍁 fall foods!

"Bright Autumn" is made up of Sunflower, Buckwheat, Beet, Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula, Turnip and Red Cabbage.

🌱 Sunflower has a buttery, nutty flavor. This micro adds a significant amount of protein to your salad, giving you the energy you need for the day and making you feel fuller.

🌱 Buckwheat has an incredible lemon or citrus flavor. It adds a very bright, "zesty" flavor to this salad, plus the pale pink stems are so beautiful!

🌱 Beet has a very classic earthy beet flavor. But its not overpowering in this salad. It adds to the complexity of flavors and really pairs with any common fall flavors in your meal (butternut squash, turkey, etc) Plus the color of beet really cannot be beat! 😉

🌱 Broccoli, Kale, Kohlrabi, Arugula and Red Cabbage are all ingredients found in our super popular Mighty Mix! This adds the perfect base to the salad while adding a ton of nutrition.

🌱 Turnip makes it's appearance again in this salad to add to the bright flavors. Turnip has a similar nutritional and flavor profile to broccoli but it's more "crisp" in my opinion, whereas broccoli has a heavier flavor. Turnip adds the last bit of "bright" to this salad.
