Celebrating Our 5 year Anniversary this month by making truffles for my hotel employees! I've been a manager at the hotel for over 4 months and they still haven't been given the opportunity to try these delightful treats.

Everyday I'm truffling... on that note, I fear I may be raising my prices soon. The chocolate I use for dipping is no longer sold in 8oz boxes but now 4oz for 2/3 of the price... balls!

Just finished putting together the first donation set of truffles for senior shows.. Looks perfect!!!! I'm excited to begin promoting Iehl.Indulge. and to think, year ago at this time I was just making truffles for friends out of boredom...
