Yesterday was hay day at my in-laws farm. Some of the best memories have been made in the hay field. 🌾☀️

Just a few pictures of some of the chicks that have hatched from our farm. I gave away several dozen hatching eggs this spring to help people grow or start their flocks. Some went to the local schools as well. 🐣🐥Look how cute!

🥚 Last call for hatching eggs in a variety of colors. I’ve sold several hens lately and won’t have much variety in colors. I have 3 dozen, free to whoever wants to give it a try.
Must pick up by Monday evening at the farm stand cooler. Message me to claim. 🥚

This boy has been on the farm since he was born. He was always his dad’s sidekick and such a hard worker. He’s raised his fair share of hogs, spent 9 years in 4H, and time in Cloverbuds before that. He has built plenty of fences, solved many problems, and always found a way to make things work. He’s the carpenter in our family and anytime something needs built Levi gets it done.

Seeing him in that cap and gown yesterday made everything so much more real. Levi received some great scholarships at the formal awards assembly. By this time next week he will be holding his diploma.

So thankful our normal day looks a lot like this. ❤️

We were able to get our garden planted yesterday and I’m hoping for some rain today. Everyone needs a little dirt therapy sometimes. ❤️

CLOSED- Putting the farm stand on hold for the weekend, maybe longer. It’s May, and life on the farm is pretty busy, but so is life in general. My boy graduates in 10 days and that’s where my mind is. How did we get here so fast? 🥹
