I started working at public house 255 in January. In February the entire staff noticed our paychecks were incorrect. In March myself and another employee were verbally attacked by Maigh Willingham and Will asked us all to stay and not quit. Since then the hostile work environment has continued. This week I met w the accounting firm that had been hired to take over payroll. It was discovered that I am still owed back pay and will has told staff that they were overpaid and he would be garnishing paychecks with out providing proof.
After another incident this week I asked if I needed to file a claim for paycheck reimbursement, and hostile work environment and after speaking w payroll and being informed as employees it is out right to file if payroll is still a issue.

I was then terminated for mentioning L&I which is illegal.

One of the owners has an addiction and the addiction 100% had been affecting the staff and work environment and no employee should be subject to abuse and name calling by an employer.

I stood up for myself, the staff and what is right.
Now I understand why I was advised to not work for them and that taking staff money and having issues like this is not their first rodeo of chaos in the industry ;(

In my years of serving, I have served athletes from Marshawn Lynch, to Sean White, but yesterday I had the honor of serving a ex White House chef for two
Presidents and I could have cried when he was so pleased with the food and service Publichouse 255 provided for his wife and himself and said “he WILL be back”

I was like a fan girl and had to run to get the boss man so he could hear the feedback himself.

Honored to be a part of something amazing in the community.
