Love me some fresh eggs!

These new leghorn girls of mine are amazing egg producers. They have quickly become my favorite breed to keep so far for eggs.

Now I need to try my hand in hatching the American Bresse and see how they do with reproduction. Fingers crossed hatching goes well next year. 🤞🏼

I have also considered doing the red ranger breed next year to see which grows out better. We shall see!

So nice having beef steers who will eat all the dairy girls spent hay!😆

Wet? No problem!

No yummy leaves? No problem!

A little sun bleached? No problem!🤣

These guys get their fair share of regular hay too don’t worry, this whole pile is just left over hay that the rain soaked from my dairy girls and an old bale of hay that a neighbor gave me.

These spoiled punks get #2 alfalfa every morning and every night, NOT cow hay! so don’t feel bad for them! They truly are spoiled. 😂 I just give them the junk hay I collect because they still eat it so they think they’re getting a treat each time. Hahaha
