I went to Albertsons today and used my Doubler's. Here are some of the things that I got. I took advantage of their Buy One Get One FREE sale (BOGO). Remember that if they have a BOGO on a product, you can use one manufacturer coupon per item. One for the one you are buying and one for the free item. This is a great way to get some extra savings. Please keep in mind, if you have a (BOGO COUPON) you can NOT use that with a BOGO sale. Here is what I got: 2 tubs of butter-Orig. cost was $4.19 ea. they were BOGO. I had 2 coupons for $0.60 each. I used both of the coupons and doubled one of them, so in total I saved $1.80 in coupons and got one free. The total cost for 2 tubs of butter after coupons was $2.39. I also got the fish with BOGO. I did not have any coupons but I saved $7.99 with the BOGO sale. I got 2 bags of fish for only $7.99. The Bear Creek soup was $3.99 ea. they were on sale for BOGO. I had 2 $1 off coupons. I used a doubler with one of the coupons, for a total of $3 off. I got one free and saved $3 on the one I was buying. In the end I got 2 soups for $0.99. I did this 2 times, for a total of 4 soups. I also got Ken's dressing on the BOGO sale. I had 2 $1 off coupons and I used a doubler on 1. For a total of $3 off. The orig. price was $4.29, after the BOGO and coupons I got 2 for $1.29. I repeated the dressing sale and got a total of 4. The gum was 1.49 ea. I had 5 $1 off coupons. I used doublers with the coupons and got all 5 FREE!!! (Even though I doubled the gum coupons which came to $2 off each. The orig. price was only $1.49 so I just got them for FREE, I did not get money back.) They are having a cereal sale, for only $1.75 per box. I had a coupon for $1 off 2. I bought 2 boxes for $3.50 then used the $1 off coupon and doubled it. I got 2 boxes of cereal for only $1.50. I repeated the cereal deal for a total of 4 boxes. In total I got (orig. price) $83.69 worth of groceries for only $17.94. WOW Thats a savings of $65.75!!!!!!!! Make sure you use your doublers by Tues. at Midnight. Happy Couponing :D

He said that he received notice from Smart Source and Proctor & Gamble that they are going to cut back on the amount of coupons that they are sending the Press. They said it looks like it won't be until July till they receive their usual quantities. He said to me that any one who subscribes to The Press will get Red Plum, Smart Source and Proctor & Gamble coupon inserts. Starting this Sunday, if you go to the store or a paper box you will ONLY receive the Red Plum insert. NOT the Smart Source or Proctor & Gamble coupon inserts.
