I know I just introduced a new scone flavor last week… but I couldn’t help myself 😅

This week’s new flavor: Rum Raisin ✨

These sourdough scones are packed with juicy raisins, warm cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of rum flavor, then finished with a warm rum glaze. Cozy, buttery, and made for a good cup of coffee.

This one took a few test batches to get just right, and I’m really happy with where it landed.

New this week: Lemon Poppy Seed Sourdough Scones 🍋 a flavor I’ve been wanting to make for a while now. These scones are buttery, tender, bright with lemon flavor, finished with a sweet glaze, and made with sourdough starter for extra depth and softness.

And yes, cinnamon rolls are back this week too 🤎

This is a flavor I’ve been thinking on for a while, and I’m so happy to finally bring it to life 🍋 These Lemon Poppy Seed Sourdough Scones are buttery, tender, and full of bright citrus flavor with a tiny crunch from poppy seeds. Finished with a sweet lemon glaze and made with sourdough starter for extra softness and depth, they feel like the perfect spring bake. Cozy, fresh, and so good. On next weeks menu!!

Cherry almond scones are making their return, and we’re phasing out the Cadbury egg cookies. They had a good run, but something new is in the works… just a few final tweaks before it’s ready to hit the menu.
