Fresh veggies are hard to find this year, but we have the microgreens growing and ready to harvest each week. They are nutrients and are all organically grown!
Microgreens are actual vegetables that have been harvested roughly 10-21 days after planting in coco coir and no fertilizers ever.

microgreens actually contain almost 30% more vitamins and minerals of the mature plant, you just get them in a smaller qty. that mixes into anything such as:
salads, smoothies, top meat or potatoes, soups, burgers, scrambled eggs.
We have several varieties growing and will post after each harvest what is available.
