Recently Bradley Paul visited one of our amazing suppliers in California where he was introduced to this amazing new Marrunga Marble lamb and he knew we needed it here at Strip District Meats!

Marrunga lamb is a true luxury lamb, with a key focus on best practice breeding , genetics, and farm management from our beloved Australian farmers. The breed is a prime meat breed, with select genetics and cross breeding over generations to focus on a product with the best marbling and muscle possible! Sound familiar? The animals are pasture fed before being finished on a tailored feed ratio for 90+ days of premium grains to give the best quality, flavor, and consistency.
