At Tater Bear Treats, no dog is ever denied.
Tater Bear Treats is a family-run, small-batch pet treat company based in Sayreville, New Jersey. In the beginning, Christine Weber was simply making treats in her kitchen to help her stray dog Bear cope with severe allergies to commercial pet products. Eventually, it developed into Tater Bear Treats, a way to share love with every dog.
Tater Bear Treats uses only human-grade ingredients to offer healthy, allergen-friendly treats that contain no additives, preservatives, salt, or sugar. Christine’s home kitchen is officially registered with the New Jersey Department of Agriculture, ensuring that every product—from hand-cut jerky to peanut butter cookies—is safe, compliant, and thoughtfully made with dogs’ dietary needs in mind.
This year, she introduced some new grain-free treats with alternative proteins: Ford’s Crazy Quackers, Sea Bear’s Salmon Spiral, Tuna Twist, and Bear’s Back Country Elk Jerky!
“I try to make something for every pup,” Christine says. “And if there’s something I don’t have? Tell me. I will find a way to make it.”
Christine is a company founder, but she’s also just a dog-loving “mom” who believes every pup deserves a treat made with love. This year, she introduced a few new items that are grain-free and made with alternative protein!
