Yes we still have sweet corn but the days remaining are numbered. I expect to have corn all weekend but next week it will come to an end sometime. We are not taking any additional freezer orders this year.

Happy Labor Day weekend!
We are open every day 8am-7pm.
While we don’t have TONS of corn like previous years, I think we will have enough since we aren’t taking bulk orders until the end of next week.
We are stocked up with:
Sweet corn
Tomatoes
Peaches
Cantaloupe
Watermelon
Apples
Candy onions
Zucchini
Cucumbers
Green bell peppers

Unfortunately we can’t take any more corn orders until after Labor Day, starting about September 2nd for about 2 weeks. We were delayed planting in mid June and while this cooler weather feels good it also slows down the corn maturity. I expect to have an adequate supply of corn at the market for the weekend and early next week.

Never froze corn before. It’s easy, husk, desilk, cut off the cob and put in freezer bags. We don’t even blanch it anymore. It’s quick and easy. You’ll appreciate it this winter and at holiday meals.
